Our philosophy

You cannot think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system.

Chronic stress is a body problem before it is a mind problem. It changes your HPA axis, your inflammation, and your sleep architecture. We use gentle, non-pharmaceutical, body-first tools to help your nervous system re-learn how to settle — and pair them with education so the tools keep working after you leave the office.

In-house nervous-system tools

Three core modalities you can use here.

IASIS, our Dynamic Saunas cabin, and guided breathwork are our first-line, in-house tools for stress and nervous-system regulation. All are appointment-based and supervised.

IASIS microcurrent neurofeedback

A gentle, non-drug, non-invasive brain-body reset. Tiny microcurrents delivered while your brain is measured — helping the nervous system settle out of chronic sympathetic overdrive. Sessions are quiet and passive; most patients feel a difference within a few visits.

  • First-line, in-house tool
  • By appointment on our one IASIS device
  • Well-tolerated; most patients relax during sessions
  • Used for stress, sleep, mood, focus, post-concussive symptoms

Infrared sauna — Dynamic Saunas cabin

A three-person infrared sauna (63" × 51") for stress recovery, gentle detoxification, cardiovascular conditioning, and post-training recovery. 30-minute sessions, intake required. Full liability waiver reviewed before your first session.

  • Three-person Dynamic Saunas cabin
  • 30-minute sessions, by appointment
  • Intake & waiver required before first session
  • Not appropriate during pregnancy or with certain medications — screened at intake

Guided breathwork

Box breathing, physiologic sighs, and coherent breathing used to reset vagal tone and shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight. Practiced with you in-office, then taught with a rationale so you can use it on your own.

  • First-line, in-house tool
  • Guided sessions, no equipment required
  • Targets vagal tone and nervous-system reset
  • Skills you take home and use anytime

Practices you take home

Nervous-system skills for daily life.

In-office tools are a jumpstart. Real change comes from daily practices you can build into ordinary life.

Flow movement

Gentle, mindful movement — walking, mobility flows, tai-chi-style patterns — that regulate the nervous system without the intensity of a workout. Not exercise for calories. Movement for regulation.

Spiritual practice

If faith is meaningful to you, we honor that. Prayer, scripture, meditation, gratitude — whichever tradition sustains you — can be built into your plan. We meet you where you are and never impose.

Sleep & circadian anchoring

Sleep is the single biggest stress regulator you have. We work sleep architecture, morning light, meal timing, and screen habits into a plan that fits your life — not the other way around.

Grounding & time outdoors

Outdoor barefoot time and time in nature as complementary practices for stress recovery. Simple, low-cost, and honestly framed — adjunctive lifestyle, not medical claims.

Boundaries & capacity

Sometimes the answer is not a supplement or a session — it is a boundary, a schedule change, or a hard conversation. We help you notice what is asking to change.

Cancer supportive care

Alongside your oncologist, not in place of them.

Patients navigating cancer treatment often need help managing side effects, stress, and recovery. Our supportive care is a companion to your oncology team — never a replacement, never a claim to treat cancer.

What we offer

  • IASIS microcurrent neurofeedback for treatment-related stress, sleep, and mood
  • Infrared sauna for recovery support (when cleared by your oncologist)
  • Nutritional support alongside chemotherapy or radiation
  • Sleep, breathwork, and gentle movement coaching
  • Coordination with your oncology and primary care teams

What we do not do

  • We do not treat cancer.
  • We do not replace chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or surgery.
  • We do not sell "cures," IV protocols marketed as anti-cancer, or unproven off-label therapies for cancer.
  • We coordinate with your oncologist — and defer to them — on anything that could interact with your treatment.

If you are in active cancer treatment, please have your oncologist's clearance before starting sauna or any supplement protocol. We will send a brief note to your oncology team describing anything we recommend.
