7 · Infrared sauna & heat therapy
Regular sauna use is one of the most studied non-pharmacologic interventions for brain and vascular health. Repeated heat exposure raises heat-shock proteins, supports BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), improves heart-rate variability, and behaves like a mild cardiovascular workout — useful when you can't exercise at intensity. We use it as an in-office adjunct alongside the rest of the plan.
