Rosita Walker, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC · Founder

A nurse practitioner who listens first.

Rosita is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in integrative and precision medicine. She has practiced clinically throughout the United States, and spent years in busy conventional clinics where 15-minute visits made real care impossible — so she built a practice where every patient gets the time they deserve.

Her focus is on whole-person primary care: careful listening, thoughtful diagnostics, and treatment plans built collaboratively with each patient. She holds advanced certifications in medical ozone therapy, EBOO, and wound care, and continues to train in precision diagnostics and regenerative pain management.

  • Clinical experience across multiple states in the U.S.

Working together for you

A small team, on purpose.

You'll see the same faces every visit. That's how we build the kind of trust that makes precision medicine actually work — because a plan is only as good as the relationship behind it.

  • Consistent providers & support staff
  • Coordinated labs, IVs, and follow-up
  • Personalized nutrition & wellness guidance
  • Clear communication between every visit

Our philosophy

Precision medicine, with a human center.

Precision medicine means using the best available diagnostics and personalized protocols. But precision without relationship is just data. We combine the two — modern testing, evidence-informed protocols, and a provider who genuinely knows you.

  • Unhurried. 45–60 minute visits are the norm, not the exception.
  • Independent. No corporate quotas. No 15-minute cattle calls.
  • Integrative. Conventional primary care combined with integrative tools when they help.
  • Transparent. Clear membership pricing. No surprise bills.

Billing & insurance

Cash-pay — with superbills for your insurance.

We're a direct-pay practice, so there's no insurance runaround. On request, we provide a detailed superbill — an itemized receipt with diagnosis (ICD-10) and procedure (CPT) codes — that you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We accept HSA and FSA, and membership pricing is always clear and upfront.
